1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Resume4Pro Ltd.'s ("we," "our," or "us") website at https://www.resume4pro.com (the "Service"), you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Services Description
Resume4Pro provides professional resume writing services and LinkedIn profile optimization through various service tiers ("Basic," "Standard," and "Professional"). These are digital services delivered electronically. Specific features, revision limits, and delivery timelines for each service plan are detailed on our service pages and form part of this Agreement.

3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Orders and Payment

• Pricing: All prices for our services are listed on the website and are subject to change.

• Payment: You agree to pay all fees for services you purchase. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal). You agree to their respective terms and conditions. We do not store your full payment card details.

• Refunds: Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: If you contact us directly via our official WhatsApp number within 24 hours of placing your order and before we have commenced work, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: If you request a refund after we have started working on your project, a 90% refund will be issued. The 10% fee is retained to cover administrative and initial consultation costs.

  • No Refund: Once the final delivered service has been accepted by you or after all revisions are completed, no refunds will be granted.

 

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all intellectual property rights in the text, files, and other materials you submit to us ("User Content"), such as your existing resume information.

• License You Grant to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant Resume4Pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of such Content solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and promoting our services to you. This includes the right to format your resume and optimize your LinkedIn profile based on the information you provide.

• Our Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

 

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.

• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or the admin panel.

• Engage in any scraping, data mining, or similar data gathering activities.

• Submit false or misleading information.

• Attempt to defraud or scam Resume4Pro or its users.

• Share your account credentials with others.

 

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including but not limited to engaging in prohibited conduct such as attempted fraud, hacking, or uploading malicious files. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Service "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

• Job Placement: We do not guarantee that our services will result in job interviews or employment. The "60-day interview guarantee" for certain plans is a commitment to revise your materials further if you do not get interviews, not a guarantee of employment.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resume4Pro Ltd.'s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

 

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resume4Pro Ltd. and its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute or claim, you agree to first contact us via our official WhatsApp channel to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

• Formal Resolution: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, we both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
